Our beachfront homes are split between the gated Grand Beach community near Stewart Beach, where wide first-row lots give you open Gulf views, and the Seascape resort on the Seawall, where condos put you on the beach with resort pools and hot tubs steps away.

“Such a perfect vacation! Brought our 4 young kids, parents and siblings and had the most wonderful time here. You cannot ask for a better location or house! We love staying near East Beach, the Pier and being close to downtown. This location was our favorite yet as it was literally right next to the beach access ramp. The house is beautiful with bedrooms all having attached bathrooms, the kids bunk room has toys, the kitchen had high-end appliances, and the balconies had plenty of seating. Anna is amazing and so responsive. Will definitely come back!”
“This marked our third stay at Fishwife beach house on the East End of Galveston Island. Working with Anna allows for an easy check in and host communication. The home is neat and clean and located on a larger, more spacious beachfront lot than most other homes. The open kitchen is appointed well and allows for fun community time. We walk the beach first thing in the morning, with beautiful sunrises. We've been visiting Galveston for 40 years; for the last 12 we've chosen the East End for the easy access to downtown.”

Yes. Our beachfront homes are directly on the Gulf, either first-row houses in Grand Beach near Stewart Beach or condos in the Seascape resort on the Seawall, so the sand is steps from your door.
Do your beachfront condos have a pool?
Yes. Our Seascape Seawall condos and the Pointe West resort condo include access to resort pools and hot tubs in addition to the beach.
Which beachfront home is best for a big group?
For large groups on the sand, Grand Beach Retreat (sleeps 16), Sunrise on the Beach (sleeps 17), and Sandy Sea-cret (sleeps 16) are first-row Grand Beach houses built for everyone under one roof.
