“Loved staying here! Beach access was super close and easy to get to, the beach house was clean and was well stocked with dishes, shelves were stocked with books, and the beds were comfortable. We loved sitting on the patio overlooking the ocean! Anna also provided clear gate access codes and sent local events going on during our stay.”

The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. Anna was a wonderful host. Balconies in almost every room, the view to the ocean is incredible-you can see it from the kitchen/living room which is just phenomenal. The host is very sweet and accommodating, very simple instructions and check in and check out is a breeze. Very responsive and friendly. “We brought our whole family, 10 adults, 1 toddler, plus dogs. Anna’s house was perfect for us with room to spare! We loved the decks overlooking the beach and the easy access to the beach as well. We appreciated the small touches for the dogs as well. Beds, couch blankets, treats and bowls helped them feel right at home. We will definitely stay here again!”

“This is our 5th time renting this property; the first time was in 2021. The property was extremely clean this trip and Anna went above and beyond on answering our questions about properties in The Preserve at Grand Beach. Since we discovered The Preserve in 2021, it is the only place we rent on the island. This property is always well-stocked with kitchen and other items. While the outdoor furniture cushions need a refresh, we had a 5-star experience and will return.”

“Anna’s house was the perfect place for a girl’s weekend. It’s spacious, nice, and a short walk to the beach. Anna and her team were very accommodating. We noticed the Keurig was broken upon arrival and a new machine was dropped off within an hour. I highly recommend this stay!”

“What a wonderful “staycation”! My family and a few friends came down for a weekend visit, and this place could not have been more perfect. The house is perfectly situated, and we thoroughly enjoyed the beach, and beautiful views. This home is wonderful, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out, and enjoy their own private space; as well as comfortable, large communal spaces for drinks, cooking, visiting and games. The gated private beach walk is just about 50 feet from the driveway, and easily accessible. All of the bedrooms are comfortable with plenty of pillows and linens. The bathrooms and kitchen, as well as the ground floor bar are all fantastic. The extra downstairs ice machine is a nice thing to have!The views are not to be missed! Second to none. We are all looking forward to a return visit soon! 5 stars”

“This property is absolutely wonderful and we will definitely stay here again! The house was very clean, cozy and well maintained. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the bathrooms had soft towels and soap, shampoo and conditioner. The kitchen was well equipped allowing for easy meal prep. The porches overlooking the beach were amazing! It was nice to sit and have coffee in the morning and plan our day and then come back and listen to the waves as we relaxed after a busy day. Access to the beach was just one house away and the boardwalk to it is well maintained. Thank you Anna for allowing us to stay in such a beautiful beach house!”

“This property was perfect for us, our toddler, and the grandparents. It was a very quick walk to the beach, plenty of space, and gorgeous views. The yard was ample and fenced in for our dog, and there was a nice selection of beach chairs and toys, and wagons to haul the stuff, to boot! Anna was a responsive host, we couldn’t ask for any more. We will be back next year!”

“Clean home. Comfortable beds/seating. Views of beach are beautiful and wide. Close to the beach as an easy walk. We were there mid-August and the beach and neighborhood were quiet. Nine of us were able to enjoy time together and also find personal space. We loved the fenced in yard so our dog could join us and be safe. Everything we needed was within 5-15 minutes. Being a beach house, there's many stairs. My elderly parents were with me so I had hoped that the master was on the first floor but it's on the second. They needed a private bath and TV, so that's the second floor. We would have enjoyed a TV in each bedroom, but that's the only thing we missed. The shower handle stripped late one night. Anna immediately responded and set a time for her handyman to fix in the morning. He arrived on time, fixed it, and left...easy. Anna is very responsive and helpful. We loved our stay!”

“Our family of 16 fit perfectly in this big, beautiful home. It was very clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed! We loved the open concept living/kitchen area that gave us all a chance to talk and enjoy watching the baseball games while we were preparing meals. The gas grill on the deck outside the kitchen was a bonus for sure! Backyard and patio area on the bottom level was a great place to enjoy evenings visiting and it gave the grand kids plenty space to run around. The walkover to the beach was super close which made it easy to take our chairs and tents over for the day as well as go back and forth for anything we may have needed. Anna was a great host! Sent messages early and often so we knew exactly what the expectations were. We would 100% rent this property again!”

“This was such a lovely place to stay! We always stay in Crystal Beach, but I don't know if we can go back there after staying here! The private beach area was so nice, the gated community made us feel safe leaving our car in the driveway! The house was surprisingly kid proofed, very clean and has lots of fun stuff to do. The views on this house make it stand out, there's a balcony in every bedroom and views of the ocean in several plus the kitchen/living room area. Views are amazing, you can watch the sunrise from the eating area, balconies, and several bedrooms. Absolutely lovely. There are lots of stairs here, so if you're bringing older individuals they may have an issue. However there is a bedroom on the main floor once you get up into the house so they don't have to go up and down often. The owner was very sweet and responsive, Five stars hands down!”

“Great location in a small safe neighborhood with private beach! Much closer to stores and restaurants than houses located on the west side of the island. House was clean with plenty of supplies like kitchen supplies, dish soap, trash bags, and toilet paper. The beach chairs that were supplied were in good condition and much appreciated. Walgreens is very nearby for any amenities that you forget or run out of. The living room/dining room/open kitchen area was a little smaller than other houses we’ve stayed at, but still a big open concept and plenty of room for a group of 16. We had a great time!”

“Anna’s house was very spacious and we had a large gathering of 16 people who were able to spread out and all enjoyed their stay. Proximity of house to beach along with stores, shops and the Strand was very good as well as equipment that she provided for the beach including several beach chairs, wagon for carrying coolers and chairs as well as beach towels. Very safe gated community and Anna is quick to respond and a great communicator. We would definitely stay again at this house!!”
