Access to Pointe West Resort amenities (pools, hot tub, fitness center, game room, and the resort's private beach access) requires a wristband pass, bought separately at the Pointe West front desk. Wristbands are $25 per person for everyone age 4 and up, are valid for your whole stay, and are non-refundable. For a family of four that is $100 total. Wristbands are optional - you only need them if you want to use the resort amenities.
About 30 days before check-in, the Pointe West front desk will email you an invoice with a link to buy wristbands in advance, which is the easiest way. You can also buy them in person, but only during front desk hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM), which are shorter than the hours the amenities are open. So that they can reach you, we pass your email and phone number to the Pointe West front desk when you book.

Guests have access to the entire condo, excluding 2 owner closets in the hallways and the kids' bedroom. Check-in is after 4:00 PM, check-out is by 11:00 AM, and the home sleeps a maximum of 8 guests. This home does not allow pets.
